About Aric J Eckhardt

A plastic surgeon with over a decade of experience, Aric J. Eckhardt, M.D., F.A.C.S. is dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible to his patients. He stays abreast of the latest technical and technological advances through his participation in numerous professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American College of Surgeons. He also maintains memberships in several state and local societies. Aric J. Eckhardt, M.D., F.A.C.S. has presented at professional conferences and has been published in professional journals on a wide range of topics. A Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 2000, he is currently recertified in the field through 2020.

Aric J. Eckhardt, M.D., F.A.C.S. graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Medical College of Ohio. Aric Eckhardt, M.D., F.A.C.S. then completed a general surgery residency at Allegheny University Hospitals in Philadelphia and a plastic surgery fellowship at Temple University Hospital, also in Philadelphia. During his fellowship, he received additional training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in New York City, which is widely recognized as one of the top cancer centers in the world. Dr. Eckhardt is actively involved in his community. In addition to regularly donating to multiple charities, he sponsors and coaches youth sports teams as well as provides mentoring to disadvantaged youngsters.
